With that being said I may just go with the 8.5:1 pistons. As addicting as this is I probalbly won't be satisfied with 15psi either. Even with the cr at 8.5:1 it should feel better( not as lazy as) than my bone stock 5.3 being that there is quiet a jump in displacement, head flow (patriotperformance stg3), and cam.

Old Bull, I went with the 11515's. They are the same dish, but they are made for stock rods. The 11517's use SBC rods.
