Our gas engines can take 40psi fine with a little work done to the head sealing 'tactics'. I've seen some vids of a Mustang cobra with a compound set-up and then there was Kyle's but he never got his to work as well as he was hoping.

I saw a compound setup last night at the track. Dude was running a 5.9 cummins with the stock turbo, but in front of it was a procharger pullied way down. Didn't get the total boost from him, but he said it was boosting 1.5psi at idle. Truck dynoed at 550/1100 and ran a best of 13.6 that I saw.

ive heard about a mustang that had the factory supercharger then they ran a turbo on it to. also go to youtube and search boost logic it is similar to a compound but diffrent to.

sounds like a lot of money to run a 13.6

i have a buddy thats building a quad turbo diesel. hes shooting for something like 90 to 100 psi. it also AWD. sorry for the crappy pictures. i cant find the pictures of these mounted on his truck.

The company that did the work for him used his truck as a test platform...so he got the procharger and all work done for free.
