Honestly I don't know. What are your times? The Z06's I've seen are doing 11's fairly stock and 10's with some mods/tuning.
They are lighter and much more aerodynamic.
I cant even get one to play with me.

i think there's a blue 4x4 on here that can
But seriously youll need more power than 430rwhp to pull a Z06 unless the driver is asleep. LOL , I have raced an LT1 vette and a TPI vette and beat fairly easy but my uncles C5 i can beat him off the line (4X4) but top end we are close to about 90-100 and he starts to get away. So i think for you to "pull" a 505 horse Z06 your gonna need 600+ Rwhp IMO.

I'm running a lot more than 430rwhp with my setup and have raced and beaten a '01 Z06 before but I don't want any part of racing one from a punch. Our trucks have the aeodynamics of a brick and more than twice the frontal area of a Vette. You need to pick races where you have the advantage, the ZO6 has a 6speed so launching and shifting are critical his turning a low ET,from a punch you eliminate these variables, you play to his best advantage.

I agree, as others have stated above. To play with a Z06 do it on the bottom end. From a dig. I actually beat a modded Z06 once at the track through an 1/8 mile. Beat him off the line and had a better 60' time. He made all that up and and put a whooping on me by the time we went through the 1/4 mile lights. No way I could hang with these beasts from a punch.

At the shoot out last year in S.A. I actually took one off the line and held him off till the 330' then we were even till the about the 1000' ( yeah, surprized the hell outta me too...) but after that he began to pull HARD !!! like I just hit the brakes or something...He was 6 tenths faster on the big end. So I'll echo all others before me, if you want to beat one make it a short race from a dig and drive your *** off, cause you'll get raped from up top...
