Hi all I have a 2004 4.8 Silverado mods are as follows

4.8 799 heads milled .035 tbss intake and throttle body 1 3/4 long tubes and 3 inch y pipe 3600 circle d converter built 4l65 with 4.10 rear end
im boosting it soon going with a d1sc looking for recommendations for a nice cam that will give a nice aggressive lope good and nice midrange power

this is what I currently have 214/218 112+3 and it runs real nice great get up and go
the same person who specd this cam recommended a 218/230 111.5+ 4.5 .600/.600 after I asked to Make the most out of the heads and converter and give a nice low end power and let the blower do its thing after

 

It's a 4.8, there isn't any low end power without a roots blower.

Run what you got in my opinion. It'll make gobs of power with boost.
