Default CAI for TVS2300

I have an Outlaw CAI now. With air filter in place, I'm seeing 9.5 to 10 psi. When removed, I see 11.5+psi. I knew something wasn't right when I went from 3.4 to 3.1" pulley and only picked up 1.5 to 2psi. Need to get the Outlaw replaced, but want to still be sucking cold air. Does anyone have one to recommend that's been proven at high HP levels? I thought the lack of boost was due to belt slip, but that doesn't seem to be the case. With the filter in place or removed, the boost gets to max psi quick and holds to redline. TIA..

I have a Airaid box on mine with the magnacharger tube and no MAF, one of my things on my list for the winter is coming up with something as far as 4" tubing straight from airbox to TB.

No MAF. I have a 45 degree 4" exhaust fitting going from CAI to t'body. It has a smooth gradual bend. No restriction there.

What's in the box? I'm 4" from the t'body to the box/filter. The Outlaw filter looks fairly big, but obviously isn't doing the job.
