Default boosting a 4.3 s10, got some questions

me and a buddy are working on putting a rear mount on his 98 s10 ss. i have some questions about the fuel system. what pump and injectors should i go with? i think he wants to keep the stock intake, are they're any bigger injectors i can get that fit the stock intake? also if anyone has any rear mount pics of a 4.3 that would be a bonus. the turbo we are using is alil undersized i think but it should work fine. also where would be a good place to pick up some t3 flanges?

stock intake wont work well if at all with boost. the poppet vavles are a waste of time. if you want to do the system right and have a good reliable setup you need to convert it over to the marine intake system. look in the midsize and compact truck section.

The stocker is said to do okay around 6psi and under, but there isnt anything you can do with the stocker. Id still upgrade to the marine intake, if you can install a turbo set up, you can install the marine intake.

stock injectors that come with the intake are 28lbs at the w/e psi the fuel pump is. those should be fine parrish put 300/400 down with the stockers, plus alot of meth lol

The stock poppet valves/cpi system can support 6psi just fine at 19lbs/hr but I wouldnt go any further then 6. Wynjammer sells a 36lb/hr cpi unit for the 4.3 but I do not know the reliability of them. Nor do they explain how they are built or provide any info on them. Over on an S10 forum a few people are running them and love'm, I'm still skeptical about them though specialy for a whooping 400 bucks plus core.
Good thing 6lbs should add around 55-75hp pending on build quality and the tune. I'de start with that and if you feel the need for more swap out the intake for a marine or give the wynjammer cpi unit a shot.

jeggs
turbochargers.com

I would never get a Wynnjammer anything. Their parts fail so fast its ridiculous. There are tons of failing Wynjammer supercharger threads on s10 forum too.

I never spent much time over at the S10 fourm seeing how I do not have one. Was just doing a little research on the cpi unit they sell. I will have to agree on the wynjammer chargers being total crap. They even look cheap, what drove me away right off the bat was the cheap do it yourself webiste not really full of information short of what they offer.

On the other hand, yes you can get a marine intake for 199.00 I bet that does not come with fuel rails, injectors and the other parts needed. If you find a marine for 199.00 with everything I'de snag that up but good luck with that.
