The Lightning see’s much higher air temps.
So we built them a large ic. to help.

Anyone here pushing 20+?
the lightning has a horribly inefficient compressor compared to a TVS.

Whipple 3.4, 2.9, or the KB. KB always seem higher air temps then the whipple..
Think they are also working on the 4.0L for it.

I used to run 25% coolant, 75% distilled water. Mine wasn’t driven in freezing temps though and garage never gets below 50 deg.

Dex 50/50, but my Tahoe sees -17 on some trips 😞

Straight water is the best heat exchange media, so if you don't freeze, and the blower doesn't hit boiling temps, straight water for the best performance

I ran Dexcool for awhile and then swapped to Distilled water and water wetter because it's cool to say and should provide some anti corrosive properties.

Never really noticed a cooling difference going to straight water, mostly did it because it's cheaper and easier to clean up.

I guess mine is 50/50 it's that orange stuff whatever the best brand was. Maybe I need to drain some and add distilled back in the mix huh?

more water = more better, unless freezing or boiling can be a thing where you live
