Many seem to not have temp issues?
Guessing they don’t push the blowers hard, or their system is dialed in maybe?

I think texas is close to Mexico?🤷‍♂️

Are 140s not considered an issue? Although I know other setups are much worse there's always room for improvement right?

before the ZZP intercooler, my Buick was seeing over 200 eeek

Now I think it sees like 160-180. Not that great. Id be happy with 140 based on the data Ive seen with the Buick

Many people aren’t pushing them hard enough for it to be an issue. Kenne Bells have crazy high IATS even when your not pushing them. The new Whipples and TVS units have come along way from the earlier generations that were offered. The Eaton MP’s were major heat pumps, but that drastically changed with the TVS.

Space in the lower manifold is the biggest issue. Ideally you would have the ability to add a thicker intercooler core and also have a better designed lower manifold. Many of the new setups discharge up which is beneficial in my opinion. Discharging the blower right out of the intercooler core and slamming the air into a flat valley plate is a poor design, but again space is the big obstacle.

Blowers that slam the air into the valley plate and force it out to the ports makes for some shitty transient fueling manners. It works, but far from ideal. Out of boost there is no natural flow to anything with this type of setup.

Anyone going the PD blower route should just know up front if you are gonna push it plan to invest in the blower cooling system as none of them out of the box are that great.

I am surprised they do not offer a large, bolt-on heat exchanger for the trucks and that tiny reservoir is a joke

Yes, they are a joke but those are easy fixes. The intercooler is the obstacle.

140 isn’t bad.
