Hey guys
First off this is my first S/C truck, so maybe this is normal, maybe its not. My truck is pretty much stock with a tvs 1900 with a smaller pulley making 9 psi.
If i hammer on it off the line persay at WOT, then let off the gas at like 5000rpm the belt will make like a chirp or squeal, sounds like its slipping. Also UNDER WOT, when it gets really high in the rpm you can here what SOUNDS like belt making some sort of noise.....but not like the normal wet belt/worn out slipping Serpentine belt noise.
Inspect the belt, and I see no marks on it, or signs of slipping.
Yes tensioner is fully depressed and tightened
Is this all regular noises?
any insight?

Just brainstorming some possibilities, Your smaller pulley may have let off on your tensioner's range of motion and changed its spring rate.
You can look for a larger idler(s)or a little shorter belt, to put the tensioner at the point it was with the larger pulley.
In putting a smaller pulley on you in a way loosened the belt. To what degree depends on how much smaller a pulley and/or if your tensioner's spring rate changed much.
Other than a different belt you may want to try a Gates tensioner if you are not already running one. I swapped ou the one that came with my Maggie for the Gates and could tell it is some what of a bear in comparison. The Supplied tensioner at center of travel was 30-32 lbs, the gates is 40-42 lbs.

Ya i think its the nature of the beast. When i pullied down, I did switch to a slightly smaller belt even tho they say you don't have too. My tensioner on the TVS is mechanical and not spring loaded, unless you are referring to the stock tensioner it uses also
