i am all about staying on a budget. i think my shield cost $80. it seems to work good. it is a little too dark for me when it isn't shaded but thats probably how they all are.

if everything works out and this less than perfect design proves able to make some big numbers i might be willing to make a set or two of the headers and down pipes. i dont know how many people would be interested in such a set up. even with the headers and down pipes done there is a considerable amount of work to be done.

the main loom that goes from the fuse box to the intake will probably need relocated.
the battery will be relocated but that may not have to be done.
some brake lines will need to be relocated.
ac probably wont work.

I bet those work very well. The curvature and angle of the port primaries entering the log will set up a vortex inside the log. I think the spiralling of the exhaust will smooth out pulsation some and flow well in the process.

you an engineer or just using big words, I'm in fluid dynamics and that doesnt seem to jive sir....the runners arent running tangental to the log wall, so no spiral vortex tornado huricane effect will be introduced, the turbo is deigned to have linear air coming into it, so the spiral would just reduce its efficiency, Im sure it will work, but there is definitely room for improvement in most of the home brewed system I see on this site.....
