Default Anyway to TVS2300 a 5.3 & live?

It was said that the 1900 be sufficient, but knowing myself & spending a chunk on some metal, I rather it be something alot more than I need. I was looking at the 2300 TVS... My engine is a 5.3L that is in superior condition, stock form. I would like to know how long can a 5.3 go with the 2300, as far as more power being made vs the 1900. My overall goal is to put a lq4 when the 5.3 gives. But it cant be right away.

Just get the 2300 and spin it slow around 6.5-7.5 psi and then when you do your built motor then crank the boost up on that thing!

The 1900 will be more fun on the street and can support about 700 BHP.

This is what Im talking about. I was told 1900 is the better combo before as well. But wanted to know the worth of the 2300. This is something to consider, cause its a DD.

You sure a stock 5.3 and 25 psi wouldn't be more fun? (for at least a few seconds...)

I like how u think, knowing how I think...I rather it be alot more than I need.
So if a it's more power than most have, add some more.

sleeperlqx, Blown Chevy would know. I'd heed his advice or Joe at Left Coast sooner than anybody when it comes to these superchargers. If someone said the 1900 is the better combo before, it may've been 1 of those 2 guys.

Its like a Turbo, you dont just put the biggest turbo on there because you think you might turn it up later. You put the correct one on. That way you stay in its efficiency range or you just might wind up having another post on here about how disappointed you are in how it performs.

Thats why I love this site. Those are some great view points, bigger is not always better. That said, I need a TVS 1900 bad.... This will be my daily driver, and would demand reliability as well.
