Default 90mm TB on radix

I went back home and installed my new 90mm LS2 TB on my radix 112 the other day.. I got one of those adapter harnesses and rigged it all up. When I clicked the starter to the on position the TB blade flaps a couple times then stops.. and when I started my truck it says something like decrease power or something.. can't remember.. I didn't think that I would have to retune my truck just for the TB... Do you guys know what I gotta do??

You should not have to re-tune for the change over from what I understand. What wire harness did you use and what kind of throttle body did you use? Is it a 6 pin or a 8 pin?

I had a customer chasing that EXACT same problem for probably 7 months on a retro-install of an LS engine into an older car. He sent his wiring harness back for insepction, had the tune re-checked a couple of times, and it ended up being a faulty T-body.

Not saying that is the for sure issue, but it is exactly the same problem as he had. Changed the T-body out, and it worked perfectly.

You might have to swap a couple of wires on that 3-way adapter harness if it was made for a car. Contact Stoichiometric on here. He had the same issue with his setup.

There are also 2 different versions of the 90mm Throttle Body, make sure to use the Car Type LS2/7. The other thing is I have seen great results with the new series X module from above for full blade movement.
