The 10% is the way to go, it spools the blower faster..

10% over drive or under drive? Are there any cons to this?

Overdrive.. I was not aware they offer a under drive kit, as that would spin the blower slower.. Have not heard any problems with the overdriven ones, i would think the other pulleys with the kit are sized to spin the accessories at normal rpms

So I would assume it would create another pound of boost or so too? Did you use your stock idlers?

Really no cons going with the 10% overdrive balancer. On the plus side you can get more boost if you're running the 2.7 pulley, which I believe is the smallest diameter S/C pulley you can run. Innovators has the best crank balancer IMO, and LeftCoast32 has a killer pulley system for it. You can buy both from Joe, whom BTW has top notch customer service as well. Here's a pic of Joe's pulley system with the Innovators balancer. Note the HD tensioner pulley is aluminum as well.

If it was me, I'd buy my pulleys from Joe......he and his new partner have some very desirable changes incorporated into their pulleys. For instance: if you look in the photos above the pulley surface is hard anodized, also bearings are in optimal position, larger bearings, etc etc.
