was DOD but I asked New Era to turn it off when he tuned it, my mpg actually went up and its not annoying going from 4 to 8.

Nice work man. This is the kit I was planning on runnin in my heavy *** turd. Im curious if you think it would be ok to haul my 5000# boat with a stall on the 6l80e trans and what size would show good improvement over the stocker?

I went w the tt3000 cause that's what Dave from yank recommended. Lol. I would talk to a pro

Yeah I will deffinitely get a professional opinion when its time to buy. I just thought you might have done some towing with this converter and wanted an opinion from someone who isnt trying to sell parts.

Right on. I get ya. When I can hook onto something worth towing like 3000lb or more then ill have some input but right now I haven't towed anything more than ~1500lbs. So far so good my tt3000 has been awesome and I daily my truck and do burnouts / wot pulls everyday. Literally
