6.2 turbo build-img_1148.jpg

6.2 turbo build-img_1150.jpgGuys the truck did great on the roller today. 742plus rwhp at 13lb of boost. And that with 93oct fuel with meth and the stock exhaust with a dynomax muffler only. The 6 speed trans is hard the dyno too. I think with a 4L80E it will go close to 800rwhp at 13lb. The beast is still getting good gas mileage. Look forward to more tunning, more boost and new trans. Its a rocket!!!! All this was with the stock fuel rails and lines. Just a walbro 450 pump.

This is a stock 6 speed with a 3000 stall and it don't like it. The truck goes threw the gear so fast the trans cant shift fast enough. Im look for trans ideas but mostly think the 6speed is coming out and 4L80E going in.. I will turn it back to 600plus something the 6 speed like better.

Holy ****!! You aint kidding its a rocket...

What if you just program it to shift really early WOT 1-2 to eliminate hitting the rev limit?

I did that and it still wont shift. I thinking I will turn off the factory Rev limiter and install the MSD 2 step Rev limiter and move the Rev limiter to like 6800. I have the limiter set at 6600 and it uses the throttle to controller RPM. Guys I just was thinking I forgot to pull the ABS fuses. That maybe cause a problem too. This weekend I will do more testing.

ABS fuses what does that do for you?

Killer numbers and 20mpg.

What about 6L90. A customer mentioned to me.

Rick, the traction control system still kick in if the button to turn it off is pressed. I do it at the track so I can do a burn out. And the 6l90 is a big difference from what I heard. I checking on a 4l80e and what it take to install it.
