408ci/TVS2300/LSA heads build

Possible cam for this combo? It's the cam Atomic had in his 408/tvs1900 combo.
218/230 .595/.600 117 EPS lobes. That's -10* overlap. Is that a little too much overlap? I know I want 0 or a negative overlap but maybe -10* is leaving some power on the table. This cam was spec'd by Pat G for Atomics build.
Thoughts?

). Should run hard with boost, have excellent manners, and even have decent fuel eco numbers. I don't think you'll be too far off running that cam. It may not have the sound the identifies you as running a cam that's stupid big, but you'll like it in just about every other way.

I'm thinking just a little more lift since the heads should breathe pretty well...Waiting on Ed Curtis to get with me. He has a suggestion but I didnt have time to talk to him again before the holiday...

Leading Edge Performance has two good FI cams. Joe at Leftcoast32 recommends them. I'm running one of theirs in my 370 with a front drive TVS.
I'm making 16psi on a 2.9" with 8 rib and 10% balancer. Joe can hook you up on pulleys and balancer too. Check it out, he has a new website. Just search for "leftcoast32".

Since I'm still deciding how far to port the heads, what do you guys think is a good CR for a 408/2300? I have been shooting for 10.5:1 but was thinking mabye even 10.7:1 might be ok. 91 octane gas and MAYBE meth for safety but not tuning for it timing wise...
My understanding is the cam choice can effect yout CR as well...
