Was just reading 95's don't have the top bolt. Is that the only difference with a 95 opposed to a 99?

I forgot what year it was but some of the older ones also dont have the provisions to mount the bracket for the gear selector cable. I think it was like pre-1994 or 95, i cant remember. Im sure you wouldnt have any problems with it though.

The trans looks good. Guy must have taken care of it. Fluid is a nice red and clean. The trans itself is caked with dirt and crap. Nothing a little cleaning won't fix. 4 hours already today and it's not even close.

You guys think I should rebuild it? I was thinking a red clutch set with kolene steels. I'll do a shift kit for sure.

I don't want to get crazy with hard parts or anything like that. On a budget.

I plan on a billet converter, stock 6l flex plate and a new drive shaft. I already have a pretty big cooler so I think that's about it.

I guess I have to send my tune to hp tuners to get a new segment added? Not even sure what that is.

Anyone have hp tuners build a custom os for 3 bar on a truck tune? Thinking maybe I'll send my stock tune and have them build 3 bar and add the 4l80 segment. That way my column shift indicator and ac work lol. Currently running 2001 Camaro 3 bar os.
