how much HP will a 38WG flow? i have a 44WG but the kit is for a 38mm, i dont want to cut it if i dont have to. i looking to have around 800 with the new motor. i can change out the 44 to a 38 tomm.

 

I've hit the limit of my 38mm with a 370 mild cam and a s475 turbo. I'd go with the larger 44...

how do you know if you reach the limits of the WG. i guess it will boost creep

 

The waste gate will hold until higher RPM then boost goes up uncontrollably..

 

boost will creep if its not big enough... simply put, it'll have more "waste" exhaust than the "gate" can let out at one time...

I think you officially hold the record for most threads started that could be answered by searching.... all of the stuff you ask has been covered sevral times, a lot of it has been recent LOL
