Default 100mm will not turn!

i have had metco pulley for a long time now and was going to sell them b/c the driver side one when i put it on it does not turn, do i have to grind the back of the bracket for the clearance or may be a washer. i look up on a old thread and got some help but want to make sure.

The metcos will not work with the new tensioner bracket. Save your money, they do not do much other than look pretty anyhow.

I have metcos on with the new bracket. i just put a small shim under both, took a 3/8s washer and opened up the middle with a unibit, seems to work..

I don't know if the bearing offset is different or not between the Metco's and the pullies from Lightning Force, but I have installed two set's of Lightning Force 100mm pullies on two trucks with the updated brackets and have not had a problem one. No shimming or anything else, they just fit. Maybe just lucky?
