I mean, you can get the measurement down to the tenthousandth and plug it in. But it will be close to a .5 a point gain in static compression.

And I'd say hold off on the build until you can get a little work done to the heads. Run at least a 228 cam. I'd run a 230s. You'll make over 400rwhp. I'd guess at least 430, depending on what kind of money you put into the heads.

I'm going to get a little port work done and a valve job on them with a mill, dropped the heads off yesterday so my head guy will clean them up and call me back and see where we want to go with the heads

Just a little update.

i had the lq4 rebuilt, Bored .030, -4cc forged mahle pistons, Eagle H beams, Lightly ported 243's, 231/238 113+3 lsa cam, Ls6 intake, 1 3/4 headers

put down 383rwhp and 373rwtq on a dynojet.
I feel there is a restriction somewhere, I have not been able to experiment with the car in a while (just sunk $4K+ into a fabricated 9" rear with a 3.70 gear for the car)

At the track the car runs consistent dead hooking passes on drag radials 11.73-80 @ 115-116, Again, the trap speed seems low for the mods.

The rest of the drivetrain setup is as follows..

Yank 3600 stall, 3.23 gears, Lower control arms, panhard bar.

Here is an idle clip Street Heat Stage 2 idle clip BASE TUNE - YouTube

If there's any tips or ideas I can try from you guys, I will look into them, thanks in advance

With all of that work done, why not throw a pair of L92 heads on her and take the extra 50hp
