ls6 cam dyno's sheets please

i would like people to post up there ls6 cam dyno sheets. i'm trying to see where the cam pulls to with the stock intake. preferable with stock dynos too and if you have turbo that is even better. i here rumor of where the cam pulls to but i would like to see it on paper. with my tahoe being really heavy you can feel soon as power starts to fall off. i'm thinking of installing my ls6 cam straight up but on if it will make it pull further. it seems to me that the truck mani like to stop making power shortly after 5500 rpm. so the question is will it participate with the ls6 cam and keep pulling or will it give the big F.U. and give out around the same rpm.

The LS6 cam doesn't have enough duration to pull past 6k. It falls off around 5800-6000rpm. They also hit peak hp around 5300-5400. Truck manifolds will pull past 6k no problem with a cam with more duration.

then why does the vett have such a high rpm redline? the cam is prety big and on a 117.5 which will make it pull further. i've seen dyno's with huge cams and the power still starts to drop around 5500.

Here you go.
Run file 9...5.3l L33 stock long block with LS6 cam and dual springs. S468 BEP turbo at 19psi w/ A2A intercooler. Through a 4l80e and 35" tires on 20" wheels.
Run file 11....370 8.5:1 engine on pump fuel. Stock 317's and a LS6 cam with dual springs and a LS6 intake. TC76 with a .96 a/r I think the turbo was starting to fail here as boost comes on quicker with a good turbo. 13psi peak, through heavy 22" wheels.
Run file 14.....LQ9 stock long block with LS6 cam and dual springs, with LS2 intake and TB as it was in a GTO here. S374 BEP turbo at 2:1 pressure ratio/19psi on race fuel.
As you can see the cam does not pull all that well up top with some exhaust back pressure. I would imagine they would have all seen 50hp up top if it were not for the 2:1 or better pressure ratios between the exhaust and intake. Albeit they felt good on the street that way, or at least the owners liked them.

but does it not pull that high because of the cam or the intake? i tried to look over on ls1tech but i can't see photobucket at work and it seems like they all posted in photobucket.
right now mine is advanced and it stops pulling completely at 6000rpm. like dead won't pull anymore. i had the shift points at 6100 and it would bearly get there. i thought there was a rev limiter set wrong in the tune somewhere it was so bad. lol

It's the mild duration in the cam that's not allowing the hp to climb anymore, NOT the intake. The grind of that cam won't allow for more as unrestrictive as your intake is. That is the cams powerband. I had a 208/212 on truck intake (close to LS6 cam) and it dropped off around 5800, but I still shifted at 6250rpm. The reason I did this was my tc has a large shift extension so it brought me back down into a better spot (4250) in my power band than if I let it shift at 5800 (3800).
I now run a cam with more duration same truck intake (still a mild cam) and it pulls no problem past 6250. I don't want to spin anymore rpm, but the hp still pulls hard up until 6250 and keeps pulling.
You need to understand how a cam works better and you will answer your own question. Duration, lift, icl, lsa, ramp rates, advancing, power curve etc. To me it sounds like your comparing dynographs, but not looking at the big picture like what exhaust, injectors, tuning etc is done to these combos. All these thing can have a huge effect on performance and skewed dyno graphs are the outcome. A lot of setups I've seen are mismatched and poorly tuned on top of that. I would invest your time into understanding cams more instead of comparing dyno graphs on forums. This will help you later weed out all the BS and poor setups.
I'm not basing this solely off my combo but actually giving you a broad answer to help you understand.

here's my graph... prettty much the same as sig except i was running a 3inch 2 chamber flow and 31 inch all terrains! I should have pulled my air box lid it was worth a 1 mph at the track.
I like the cam its a little mushy under 3k but not as bad as everyone makes it out to be. I get 20mpg and it drives great. This is a stock lm7 with a stock truck intake and t/b. It is tuned on 87* because its my daily driver. There is more in it, the truck runs very hard to the 1/8th. Then falls on its face lol only picking up 16mph on the top end.

i under stand alot of this don't think i don't. i'm not using the dyno graphs to see what mine should make in power or anything other than see where the power truely starts to dive. i understand ALOT of things make a difference. but one guy can have this that and another thing in his truck and say yeah it pulls real good. then another guy (say me) might have the same setup but with a heavy *** truck and can feel the power fall faster because the wieght of the truck. i read where people take the 02+cam way into the 6000 range and say it pulls great. but yet mine seems to die the same way the stock cam did. and my ls1 with truck intake and way bigger cam felt like it could still pull in high rpm but you could tell it didn't wanna do it. meaning that power was falling off.
