Default Finally got some time to post #'s from Carlisle!

I was hoping for more, but it was a pretty hot day and I still need to get the computer fully tuned in on a dyno, so the next run(whenever that is) should be more promising! I was really suprised to see the TQ number so low, maybe the computer needs more fine tuning than I thought?! I'll post a pic of the graphs when i get a chance, just wanted to get #'s up to get thoughts and comments!

RUN#1
HP=357.3/5800rpm
TQ=339.6/4800rpm
A/F=12.2/3700rpm

RUN#2 (w/Cut Outs open)
HP=359.7/6400rpm
TQ=341.2/4000rpm
A/F=15.3/3700rpm

dang, why is your afr SO high with the cutouts open? was this on a wideband in the bung or just connected to the tailpipe? im hoping that its just stuck on the end of the pipe cuz that would explain with your cutouts open exhaust was exiting before the wideband but thats LEAN seems like on run #1 you are running pretty rich, you could lean it out to high 12 or 13.0 and get some more power out of it

Ya, they just stuck the sensor in the end of the tailpipe. It's def running too rich right now, like i said i've def got to get a dyno tune done here pretty soon. It won't idle on it's own when i first start the truck, i have hold my foot on the pedal until the comp adjusts correctly, usually around 10 seconds or so, but it's worse when it's hot and i shut it off and fire it right back up again. It can be annoying and sometimes embarrassing, and i think it's do to running so rich. Thanks for the input!

If you don't have cats. on , then the tail pipe method should be pretty accurate , without the cut outs open . I hope it isn't 15.3 for real .

not necessarily...hes got the cutout open a few feet before the tailpipe where the sensor is so all of the exhaust is exiting before the sensor and its just picking up regular air...

Thanks man! That was the first time I ever heard it outside of the truck believe it or not! A friend video taped the whole thing so when I get my hands on it i'll try and put it up on here!
