eps cam and injector on lq4

Default eps cam and injector on lq4

I have an lq4 that i changed the cam to 222/226 600 lift at 113 i also added 42lb injectors. I have efans from f body and full exhaust with x pipe. truck layed down 353hp at 5500 and 369tq at 4600. this is through a power eating 4l80 and multi disk 3200 circle d converter.

Not bad. I would have thought it made a little more, but certainly not bad! Is that in a single cab short bed? A guy around here with a very similar cam and truck just went 12.4 in some fantastic weather and a 3600 converter.

Have you ever had it at the track?

Yeah if he can hook I'd imagine mid 12's shouldnt be difficult. Those OBS are quite a bit lighter too.

I would've expected it to make peak power higher than 5500. Are you sure you're fuel pump wasn't giving up at high rpm?

I run a 255 pump. Its a long bed but truck is complety gutted of everything. I have not been to the track yet

i plan on running at piedmont november 17th you should come out. I just ordered a set of mt et drags so i can hopefully get some good times.
