Question about interchangeable parts
My dad has an '02 F250 v10 and the bed is in horrible shape. He found a good deal on a complete bed from a 97 F250 and was wondering if it will fit his truck. They are both extended cab, short bed trucks.
Does anyone know if they will work together? Any info is appreciated.

You would probably get a definitive answer in a off road/or Ford super duty forum. But those are two different body style trucks..so I say NO
-But you are the only one that can answer that question by trying it, My guess is the length/width will be right but the mounts will have to be moved...

'99-'04-'05ish (and maybe even newer) will interchange
if you guys can't figure out body styles then leave the swapping of parts to someone who knows what's going on, as I'd hate for ya'll to get good solid advice, mix it up and screw yourself out some money and then blame someone who tried to help you
