cam, stall, slicks and i bet your in the 12's easily
cam .4 stall .8 slicks .2
plus the better the 60' the better the e.t.

Full Bolt-on ecsb 6.0L w/ cam, stall & slicks SHOULD be mid 12s with decent weather & good tune.
