Yikes. I went 13.2@104 on 6# on my stock lq4, stock 80e and 3.42.

For 8# id expect atleast a low 13 in the heat. What was your 60'?

2.1 60 foot

New era. Makes 400 wheel

I've been drag racing for years, it doesn't seem like its got any more in it.

Needs a convertor and sub 2 sixty foot

5100 w out me and western ny track. It didn't spin or have any problem launch, it's just a boat

Try to build up boost off the line, get a higher stalling torque converter too..

Did you at least try to get the rpm's up while applying the brakes, before it hit the green light? The stock torque converter stalls at about 1700-1800 rpm so try to get the rpm's up around that next time before it turns green light on the tree. Soon as it hits green, floor it..

Just needs more boost, converter, and tuning. It's prob pulling a bunch of timing for IAT, and or getting KR. Water meth also helps a ton on the hot days.

yeah i brake boosted it to 5psi. anything over and the brakes dont hold it.

i bring it up to about 2K and let it eat.

This is against a fellow PT'er.

kinda hard to launch it, turn the 4wd off, keep it straight and record. =] im getting good though.
