Like the title say's...what's needed? Any write up's? tips? Help!

make sure you get the tv cable set right or it will not shift and can burn the trans up. i found that out the hard way. you might have to get your drive shaft cut down i would measure the trans lengths. new trans mount and thats all i can think of at the moment

Find a "B"body car tail housing. They move the trans mount back to the 400 mounting position. B body are Impala, Caprice, Roadmaster RWD Fleetwoods etc. You will need a new front slip yoke 700s use the same yoke a a 350 the 400 yoke is too large.

you can change out the cross member if you cant find a tail shaft
