Default E-Fans in my 99 OBS EscaHoe 7 other coolin ?'s

I've done some researching:

That not to do a toggle switch! Too many horror stories! SO I'm getting the Harness so it turns on and off like it STOCK!

What I don't know...WHICH ONE'S SHOULD I USE? Some people have E-Fans from LS-1 or Taurus/Sable...Flex-Lite

Also, some members have them stacked! Four total...think that is over kill?

Other Cooling Questions: Came Across someone saying something about "HD" Radiator. Does that mean Heavy Duty? What about a 160 T-Stat? Some say its good, some says its not b/c some yrs engines are made to run efficiently hotter.

I'm getting a Black Bear Tune in AUG. My Budget is $500-$600 before tune and its costs.

My Plan of Mods to do before the Tune is: E-Fans, MSD Ignition, TB.

Good?

Perma-Cool makes a sweet unit. I believe the 98-99 OBS black boxes can control e-fans so you might not even need to get a harness.

Go with a 180 if you're N/A and a 160 if you're boosted.

Any brand recomendations on a 180-t stat? There's so many options.

Thanks,

Jason.

Also do you recomend installing the t-stat and e-fans together or can I just install either or first.

well i am about to install a 34inch radiator (ck2500's ck3500's use them) and the 05+ stock efans. setups look really nice with this set up and people say with that big radiator it stays cool ALL the time. JET makes a temp switch that will turn the fans on/off.
just some food for thought.

I'm going to go with Black Bear, they make a harness so E-Fans will work like OEM fans.

Please take pics! Will the Radiator bolt up? What year and make is your vehicle?
