Talking 9/10 drop

hi im new to the site but im curious has any one ever seen a 9/10 drop (in the front being 4in lower control arms, 2in spindles, and 3 in springs) and the rear being 2in shackle 2in hanger and a 6in flip kit ? and if so how much modification is needed ? like can i keep my inner fenders in the front or do i have to mod something up? and in the rear instead of going with a regular c notch would i have to go with a monster c notch? and comments or answers would be much apperciated

I don't think it's possible, especially on 15s. Lowest static drop I've seen on an obs on 15s is 5/7.

I just don't see that big of a drop working on an obs with 15s and small tires. It would literally be sitting on the frame. It may work with a huge wheel but would take extensive work to the fender wells for clearance. I had a 93 RCSB back in HS that had a 4/6 drop on 15s with 275/45 tire and it had very little ground clearance. The front crossmember was only about 3 inches off the ground.

wouldnt reccomend the lca and spindle combo but here is what youl need to do monster notch out back flip kit shackles and overload leaf removal. up front I would do spindles with a 3 inch spring then take one more coil off the spring. Your gonna have to notch for tie rods or get notchless... that will be more like a 7/9 my buddy has his truck 6/8 for 2 weeks before he raised it back up

any more than 5" of drop on the front and the lower cntrol arms will hit everything in the road unless you do a "Z"....your front tires will also want to rub the inner fenders......if your stuck on doing a low static drop, I'd do a 3 inch "Z", 3" drop spindles, and maybe cut one coil of the front springs....that would give 6-7" of drop...and keep the control arms off the ground. do a flip in the rear with some drop hangers or shackles, a small c-notch, and remove the bump stops, that will give you about 7-10" of drop... A 7-9" drop is prob the most you'd want on the street, doin the "Z" is key to keeping some ground clearance...if you have side tanks, they will also want to rub in the driveways and such....
