I used an inline walbro 255 on my 85c10. Very easy to install. Been working great for two years now. Theres a few other things you will need to do to make this a seemless swap. Most likely you will find this out during the install! Overall its an easy swap

Find a local hydraulic shop. Take them both sets of hoses, explain which ends you want on the new hose, and the length you need. They can knock it out pretty cheap usually.

Same thing with the throttle cable. Go to your local Harley shop & find out who makes cables for them. That's your guy to talk to.

check out speedway on the ps...they have a cheap solution to changing from old flare to new o-ring type hose:

O-Ring to Inverted Flare Power Steering Adapter - Speedway Motors, America's Oldest Speed Shop

and another adapter to change flow... which I didn't need:
Mustang II Power Steering Flow Valve for GM Pump, 2 GPM - Speedway Motors, America's Oldest Speed Shop

or convert to AN

Power Steering Fittings - Speedway Motors, America's Oldest Speed Shop
