Well, I'm selling it after putting a lot of work into it. My loss is your gain.
2000 Pontiac Trans Am
74,5xx miles
6 Speed
WS6 Package
Black exterior, black leather interior
All options, including the 12 disc CD changer
This is a non-smokers car
Exterior-wise, the back bumper has some scratches. The hood has a couple of small chips from pebbles kicking up. The paint is still in pretty good shape. The windshield got a chip in it from a semi kicking up a rock into it on I-75N.
Interior-wise, it is clean. The seats are in great shape, no tears or burns. I haven't driven it much since I bought it in of June 2006 (I am the second owner).
Looking at the car, it looks like a stock WS6. But then again, looks can be deceiving.
What's under the hood
Engine
LS2 engine from an 05 GTO (less than 10K on it before I bought it)
Stock LS2 heads w/ Patriot Performance Gold Duals and Ti retainers
Comp Cams custom camshaft - 233/236 .578/.569 on a 110+4 LSA (I believe I have the Cam Dr sheet from Thunder Racing)
BBK SSI Intake manifold
Ported TB
160 degree t-stat
Racetronix 48 lb/hr injectors
Pacesetter painted long tube header with 3" y-pipe going to stock catback
Custom tuning (I do my own)
Transmission
T56 from an 05 GTO (less than 5K on it, same gearing as the 02+ Z06)
Spec Stage III clutch with aluminum flywheel
Prothane transmission mount
LPP Remote bleeder
UMI Performance tunnel brace mounted adjustable torque arm (set for -2 deg pinion)
Stock 10 bolt rear, stock 3.42's
New brake rotors
New front brake pads
New battery
Fresh Valvoline DOT 5 brake fluid
!Front sway bar
!Spare tire/jack
!EGR
!AIR
I have a set of stock 16" Firebird take off wheels with fresh tires on them, as well as a set of weld-in style subframe connectors that will go with the car.
When you start this car, you know it means business. It's got a lopey, old school idle to it. I have no dyno numbers, and I don't want to take it to the track (it has never been there). It is located in Eastpointe, Michigan. As the title is currently with the lienholder (Citi Auto) we'd need to work out the purchase details, but it shouldn't be a problem.
Serious buyers only please. No trades wanted, cash only. The price is $10,250

I can't fathom why I still have it. I've seen plenty of cars with way less sell for more.
