Pork chops for dinner. I don't know if I've mentioned this Cuban-style marinade called Mojo Criollo. It's the bomb for pork. It's a citrus based liquid marinade with garlic and spices. I just add a bit of oregano. Today I decided to add more lemon, but only because I want to use them up.
