Tri tip this weekend. I’m really enjoying cooking these. Easy to cook and tasty. Costco had a two pack already trimmed for $35. Usually it’s a single untrimmed for that price at HEB.

I've never made tri tip. I don't even recall seeing it around here at the regular grocery store. Maybe Costco up here have them?

Pretty sure I have seen these at Sam's but yeah I rarely see them at Kroger or Walmart.

Costco and HEB and Randall's has them. Very simple. Trim them like a brisket, salt//pepper//garlic, smoke until ~110* internal, throw on grill at 550-600 or a searing hot cast iron pan about a minute a side or until ~125* internal.

Pork ribs wrapped around a pineapple and smoked for 4hrs. Delicious.
