Default Miss at low RPMs in 5th gear

My 8.1 is missing in real low rpms in 5th gear. Only when I lug it around. Usually between 44 an 50 MPH right when it is almost ready to downshift to 4th. The truck jerks a lot and hesitates. But u can still slowly pick up speed. If I throttle it a little more it will downshift and has NO miss AT ALL. I don't understand. I've changed plugs and wires and it still happens.

OK I have a new theory...not a good one tho. I've noticed my oil pressure all freaky. As soon as you start the motor no oil pressuse...for probably 2-3 seconds. And when it does hit normal pressure you can watch it dance. It will drop and raise about 10 psi every few seconds. Bout 8-10 seconds to be more precise. And after a cold start it has a whine in the motor for about 5 seconds when I pull out. I'm thinking bearing going bad. And its causeing one of the sensors to read funny. CAM or CRANK sensor. What do you guys think?

Possible, verify that the gauge is the issue, mechanical tap right above oil filter. These things are bad about crank sensors.
