WTB AXN 14 bolt

I'm looking for a 14 bolt semi-floater from a 2005-2007 Silverado/Sierra Classic, option code is AXN. I'd prefer 3.73, but I'll take either a 4.10 or 3.73 as long as it's got the original GM gears in it.
