Default 145a altenator

I have a 99 sierra with the 4 pin connector and im wanting to put a 145a altenator on it because the stock 105 doesnt hold up with my amp, speaker, gauges and fan stuff with my turbo, let me know what ya got

U gonna to convert to 2 pin plug too i think i have a 08 alternator

I think i can keep the 4 pin if i use an altenator from a 2500hd around the same year, but how do you convert to the 2 pin?

03-04 Tahoe has a 4 pin 145 amp option.
