Theres no way that bolt will come out, I tap 2 1/2" of the front of the crank and use a grade 8 bolt and was able to sit the pulley in place , now I get a crank pinnig kit and alot of loctite, anyone knows if this mickey mouse will work?

It broke where the tread inside the crank starts, about 3" deep.

thats tough , if it would have been at the snout end of the crank i would suggest welding a big nut on it and then trying to turn it out.

My thoughts exactly... So your saying you have a good 2 1/2 '' of threads you can get in the snout?? If that is the case, I see no reason why a pin, a good bolt would not hold the thing on.. But keep in your mind to look for a crank..
