When tuning mine, we always tried to keep it in the mid 13's...

It'll bounce around. I was wondering that too on mine. It'll bounce more with a cam. just try to tune it where it's within a certain range. after a while of tuning it didn't bounce as much.

If your tune is commanding 12.5 at WOT then yes that is where it should be, but if your tune is commanding 11.5 and your actual is at 12.5 then there is a problem with your tune... You can tell the correctness/health of your tune by measuring the difference between actual and commanded....

12.5 at WOT may be a little lean once you put the Procharger on. May want to get Allen to re-tune it for that. Should probably shoot for the 11.5 range depending on the max boost pressure you are planning for. Other than that it sounds about right.

If you can log (do you have EFI Live?) your Commanded and WBO2 AFR to compare the two, then that would be a good idea as suggested by BlackGMC.
