Default Walbro 450 fuse size

Racetronix harness comes with 20 amp. Based on the below graph (from Walbro catalog), 30 amp would appear to be good. Any need for larger? There's no labelling on the harness relay to indicate it's rating.

Wire size determines fuse amperage.

The wire coming off the pump appears to be 14 or 16 gauge. The pump harness has 10 gauge power wiring.

I would think regardless of the wire size that 30 amp would be plenty, will melt a 14-16 gauge wire if it wanted to, before it popped. 20 is fine

The wires cooled by gasoline can take a higher amp draw than wires in air before they start overheating. With 10 GA wire, a 30 amp fuse is OK.

Personally i would run a lower rating fuse and see if it blows/pops.

Yeah. It would only cost the price of a fuse if it pops, and a 20 A might save the relay, or the little wires by the pump, if the pump locks up.
