Damn that sucks! That head and HG look like a plasma torch got held to them
as for the hydro ingestion, I would expect for that much coolant to have gotten there you would have seen evidence of it burning. Fluids def can bend **** when they get in a motor, but it generally takes lots of fluid and if you had 8 bent rods but no white smoke I'm not sure we can blame the coolant ingestion specifically. For damn sure it didn't help
