Torque Scan Tool for Android

No, Trims would be perfect at 0%. Trims are fueling corrections. If the engine calibration is 100% perfect, there would be no need for trims at all! The factory calibration is for a huge range of possible conditions, and thus, trims are necessary to make sure fueling is correct in all situations.
Yes, 0% trim would be perfect on the OTHER trim(F/T 1x1 & F/T 2x1), the actual trim value for achieving the perfect air/fuel ratio, but from my searching I was finding that the 2nd trim was basically the opposite & essentially a % value for the perfect air/fuel ratio.
If my trims were 99% off perfect then I suspect there would be some major driveability problems & horrible mgp. Currently at 16.5mpg.

Ok I just read his post again...I am not sure how he is numbering things, but I have never seen nor heard of a gm truck of that year or body style having any more than 4 oxygen sensors; 2 pre-cat, 2 post-cat which are labeled Bank1Sensor1, Bank2Sensor2 (the fuel trim sensors), and Bank1Sensor2, and Bank2Sensor2 (the catalyst sensors).
B1S1 and B2S1 are the only ones responsible for fueling. B1S2 and B2S2 are only to make sure the cats work. If he is reading 99% that is probably the catalyst efficiency and it is NOT a fuel trim. Short term fuel trims max out at +-25% and long terms at +-22%, which again, are for the fronts only.

'Fuel trim bank 1 sensor 1'
'Fuel trim bank 1 sensor 2'
'Fuel trim bank 1 sensor 3'
'Fuel trim bank 1 sensor 4'
I started with all of them not knowing what was what (first time into tuning/reading of any kind) but 3 & 4 gave no readings so I deleted those. I guess the other 2 options to add to the Display are only there to be used for the vehicles that do have multiple sensors, like a pre & post cat sensor? I think I recall hearing about that setup.
Attached is a pic of it while idling. It is just a snapshot but the 2 that read 99.2% NEVER change. All 6 others vary but barely. Just a couple percent above & below 0%. I suspect what you say about catalytic converter efficiency being correct & is a better name than how Torque labels it. For converter efficiency then 100% would be "ideal" an emissions standpoint.

Fuel trim bank 1 sensor 1
Fuel trim bank 1 sensor 2
Fuel trim bank 1 sensor 3
Fuel trim bank 1 sensor 4
Fuel trim bank 2 sensor 1
Fuel trim bank 2 sensor 2
Fuel trim bank 2 sensor 3
Fuel trim bank 2 sensor 4
I have 99.2% efficient converters yet I live in a non-emissions testing county!
And no, I'm not gonna just delete them. I'm pass the "I gotta squeeze out every last .01 horsepower that I can" age or else I wouldn't have a 4.8 truck. If I want power, I just hope in the GTA.
Thanks for helping to clear up Torques bad labeling.

Just bought Torque Pro and wow......What a royal PAIN IN THE ***!!!!!!!!!!!! Not sure if it is even worth the $4.95 it costs with all the most basic of flaws I found in the display of everything.
Lets make the font size absolutely as small as we can to scroll through the list of Displays to add. Woulda been WAY to simple to either make it bigger to start with OR give the user the option to increase the font size.
I do not need to see the full list of displays to add, if they are not even available! Just show me the options to start with.....the green ones.....that I CAN see & who gives a rats *** about the rest! Display ones with reading, not the ENTIRE list that it could read IF they were there.
Can't simply enlarge/reduce the size of a Display that you did choose once it is on the screen. You can change aspects but not the size. Oh no, that would be TOO SIMPLE to change the size. You gotta delete the Display & go all the way back through setting it up.
Dragging the displays from 1 screen to the next is a PITA too. Unlike setting up the different screen views in the phone itself, a display will NOT slide from screen to screen. Best you can do to move it is to get it halfway off the screen & let go which puts is half on one screen & half on the next. Then swipe to the next screen then go through the whole touch & hold>Move Display all over again & click to drag.
The Google Map View. It is of NO use when it is simply a black screen, that develops a grid when you zoom in far enough, and shows no ariel view of ANYTHING. A green dot on a blank solid white screen doesn't do ANY good.
Cool app but damn.....There are some serious flaws in some simple things that could have been done to it but he simply failed to put in. I ended up with a SERIOUS headache now having to go through the flaws in it & I haven't even mentioned several. I'd love to be able to hack into the basic programming & clean it up. Not that I know how to hack OR program, but it'd be nice.

Is it possible to graph and or log MAP output in KPa vs throttle position with values with MAF Grams per sec on the Torque PRO ?
Some one can show me how that would be possible, I'd appreciate it.
.
So far, unable to get throttle position output in HPTuners, not sure why, but it is damn hard to adjust shift points and VE tables without throttle pos data logged.
