so ive been having some problems with my trailer brake light and brake controller working those out i found a fuse in the drive side fuse panel blown "TBC 2C" its a 15 amp the funny part is every think was working?

windows, locks, tilt, cruise, heater, A/C, wipers, rear defrost, all lights interior & exterior, gauges & gauge lights, blower motor

what runs on that fuse? its for the Body Control Module from what i can tell but nothing stopped working?
