Sorry have been working
All I see is voltage as 8.5 not 850. I will try to screen shot it.

As far as the driving time. At wot anything really over 30 secs will lock it into open loop until I shut it off for more then a min. Yesterday I went to open loop then drove normal for another 20 min and it stayed in open loop.

I am stumped. Is it my headers? the lack of cats?

Before you do another restart cycle when the problem happens, unplug the OBDII-Bluetooth module for a minute then plug it back in. See if the parameters reset themselves.

There's a possibility you're chasing a ghost.

So I have narrowed it down. It only seems to happen at lower speed punches. I was doing 70+ pulls and it went right back to closed loop. I did a 40 mph pull and it stayed in open loop. I tried pulling the blue tooth and restarting torq with no change while driving. I pulled over and turn the motor off for min and its back to normal
Also my o2s lock at .9 in open loop not .85 sorry.

Back at square one.

.9 is very very rich.

I don't know much about the programming of the PCMs but I'd say there is a fueling table somewhere that the values were inverted on.

So the truck has a new motor and rebuilt tranny. It has been tuned and we even reflashed the computer with another truck. We have tried everything to tune this out. With a new motor and rebuilt program it still happens from 2nd gear and only after 5500 rpms. After the most recent tune it appears that only the short terms and o2s are staying in closed loop. After a few seconds of letting off the throttle I will get some movment in my long terms.

So maybe I should not be looking into PE but more closed loop issues

Now one thing we thought of is the xlink is causing problems. The stock tps is 85% and the xlink sees 100%. I am at a loss. Could it be the harness?

Things I have tried.
new delphi 02's, new delphi maf, new motor, new program

I was sure this would stop after the new motor.

Thanks for looking again
