Tune help please

Please read the whole thread I apologize now for the length of my post Thank you for your time.
Well I've just recently swapped a ly6 into my nnbs that previously had a cammed 4.8 in it, my mods are ly6 bored .020 over, 799 heads, 224 cam, headers with injectors from a 2010 2500flex fuel 6.0.
I ordered a mail order tune from black bear to drive on till we got the tune dialed in. Fast forward to the swap I go to start it up and its back firing and running like complete s**t I attempted to drive it and couldnt go over 15-20 mph if I was lucky my buddy is a tech at a Chevy dealer and we looked at it with the tech 2 and it was showing super lean, I then swapped back to my old 4.8 ecm and the truck was drivable, I contacted black bear and explained this to him and then he sent me the scan cable to start logging, I sent him a log and he said it was extremely lean and asked me to double check the injectors part numbers. He said they were set up for them I've sent probably 7 different logs to try and figure this out with no luck so far. He then asked if it was possible that the injectors could be gummed up but that doesn't make sense that they would run fine in one ecm and bad in the other which tells me its a tune issue correct me if I am wrong?
I'm not in any way trying to knock him or his abilities to tune I just posting here to see if maybe one of you guys have ran in to this problem and could help.
Thank you
Joe.

I have always been iffy with used injectors. Ive had 2 personal instances where they caused issues. Both on junkyard swapped motors that used the injectors that came with the motors. The first one, the truck would not hit a lick. Change injectors, and it fired right up. Second one, an injector stuck open. I hydrolocked the motor, and broke a rod on the cylinder that the injector was stuck on.
No judgement on buying used parts, but be aware of injectors. They have caused me a lot of headache in the past.

perfect example of why this mail order tune fad blows my mind... someone with a laptop hundreds, or thousands of miles away can't possibly in any way shape or form tune your vehicle as well as someone can right there in person that has the knowledge to do it.
Good Luck getting it figured out.
