Yeah, it's close, just not quite.

At 0 manvac, you've got 58psi of differential pressure... those injectors flow 72.3# at that point and slope up.

At 80 manvac, you've got around 69.5psi of differential pressure... The injectors should flow 79.1# at that point. Slope it evenly between those points.

So the only thing we are concerned about to determine the flow rate is differential pressure? Just need to convert kPa to psi or visa versa. Thanks Justin!

Yes. You multiply the known flow rate by the square root of the change in differential...

Example.

Injectors flow 63.2# at 43.5psi. GM operates at 58psi. Take 63.2 x sqrt(58/43.5)

Apply that formula to the IFR table.

Looks good now Grippy, just need to make sure the fuel pressure stays at 58 psi and you're in business.

IFR looks good... have the injector x volts table about 50% higher than the one you posted up and you should be good.

where does the 63.2 @ 43.5 psi rating come from? I ask because that value is greater than the manufacturer spec is I've seen for them.

From racetronix:

Static Flow Rate @ 43.5PSI (300kPa) w/Gas: 63.20 lb/hr = 668 cc/min = 475 g/min *


The shorties are listed at 60#/hr...
