I thought Siemens was forthright with that data

got these specs from a search, are these the standard #'s everyone is using?

Coil Resistance: 12.5 Ohms / High Impedance / High-Z (No ECM driver modifications required)
Static Flow Rate @ 43.5PSI ( 300kPa ) w/Gas: 60 lb/hr = 630 cc/min = 453 g/min
Static Flow Rate @ 87PSI ( 600kPa ) w/Gas: 85.7 lb/hr = 900 cc/min = 648 g/min
Gain: 0.11ms/mg
Offset: 0.055ms
Turn on time @ 14VDC: 1.14ms
Turn off time: 0.85ms @ 600KPa
Connector: Bosch EV1
Orifice Type: Multi-orifice
Spray Pattern: 30 Degree Spray Cone
Factory fitted with Viton upper and lower o-rings

Ya but that doesnt really help in determining the Offset values as well as the min pulse values. It gives you the IFR but as for the offset vs. Inj. volts???????

Grippy, I did some searching for the formula to figure out your injector flow rate based on manifold pressure, didn't find it yet. dcjustin or KB might know it. You will want you IFR table to look similar to this one.

The correct IFR is the main thing to get you going, other parts of the tune will use these numbers to calculate airflow which will also effect your timing. The pulsewidth adjust may need some tweaking as you refine the tune, it might not be spot on the first time.

It looks close. Did you use a formula to calculate each kPa cell?
