Default SES light DTC P0507 - help?

I recently got an ses light, so I checked the code - it's 0507 (high idle speed). I was told to look for a vacuum leak, but I can only find four lines:
1) tb to right side valve cover
2) top of intake - runs down towards left side near fuel rail
3) brake booster to back of engine
4) brake area to back of left side valve cover, near firewall

It idles (in gear) btwn 900-1000 rpm and in park btwn 1000-1100 rpm. Idles like this all the time, started doing this on Monday.

I had my 'Powertuner - Crane Cams' installed before this ses light came on, I cleared the code and re-installed tune.
Code on again, cleared it and un-installed the tune.
SES light is back again!

It takes about ten minutes before the code shows, normal driving, I warm her up in the morning (15 min usually), 15 min drive to school at about 30mph.

I have a BBK 80mm TB, but I installed that before winter. Temps around here - last week it was 25 degrees during that day, this week it has been about 50 degrees.

Truck is a: 2000 Silvy, 4.8L, 50,000 miles
Mods installed: BBK 80mm TB, K&N FIPK, Optima red, 200amp Alt, Flowmaster and normally a Crane Came Powermax Tuner - but not installed since this problem.

Does anyone know where else I should be looking AND is there some other things I should be checking?

Thanks...

Did you use there spacer, if not your idle is going to stay up there, did you mess with little screw for the blade, if so you messed the set idle up.

Spacer that came with the TB is installed and I didn't mess with the idle screw, it's still in the same spot as when it came out of the box...

did you put the gasket between t/b and spacer or between spacer and intake, should be between t/b and spacer.

Gasket is btwn the spacer and throttle body. And the fitting on the passengerside has the hose hooked up, going down to the intake...

well you may have the same problem i did, where the cable hooks to the t/b and piece that hooks to the blade has a itty bitty weld on it and it comes loose, i had to reweld the two together, now i have no idle problems.

If your interested in a new spacer let me know, mine is only about 1/8" thick and a true 80mm opening, you also get to use your factory mounting screw on the intake.

I see your problem now you didn't use the mounting kit for the intake, the 1/2" plate with 4 holes in it to move your cable bracket forward.

But the thing is, I installed this TB over six months ago and it hasn't given me any problems. It has worked fine since day one. In fact, I don't even know if the TB is the thing that's throwing the DTC code...

Here's some more pics of it, I did install the cable extension:
