There are a ton of variables dealing with 60lb injs. You can actually be too rich and the pcm will show lean (through those codes and what not). You've done all the tuning yourself? If so post up your tune and a scan, it will help people dive in and give some direction. (moving your thread to tuning)

my truck is tune by HP tuners but i didn't tune it myself... Ive driven the truck like it is for at least 3k miles with no problems... ill contact my tuner and see what to do... i know all the intake hoses are in tact and the truck has not seemed to lose power? MORE IMPORTANTLY.. ARE THERE ANY THINGS I SHOULD NOT BE DOING WHILE I'M HAVING THIS PROB?

Don't be giving it a lot of throttle and boost if it really is lean.

Do you not have a Wideband on that thing?
If your running boost you need to monitor your AFR.

Nope... i cleared the code and it came on again like an hour later. so i dont know if that tells me anything about the severity of the prob..

I'm having same codes pop up. I'm just running a CAI, muffler and a tune. So I think it might be in the tune. What type filter are you running? dry or oil soaked. IIRC, there is something about the oil on the filters that can mess with MAF sensors. I'm thinking about clearing my codes and running a stock airbox with dry filter for awhile to see if it clears up any. Not trying to hijack, or anything

Alot of reasons for this problem such as:

The MAF is dirty or bad. The use of "oiled" air filters may cause the MAF to become dirty if the filter is over-oiled. There is also an issue with some vehicles where the MAF sensors leak the silicone potting material used to protect the circuitry.

There could be a vacuum leak downstream of the MAF sensor.

Also the Fuel Filter could also be causing the codes...

if the injectors arent dialed in properly, it could lean towards these 2 codes...
