You running a MAF or 2barSD? OL or CL? Just trying to determine what all is playing with your fueling.

If the fuel pressure is dropping then it will be going lean, it has no way to correct. As Atomic said, I also wonder what your PW is doing.

Only thing that makes since to me is you said you added in 5* more timing. That makes a good bit of more horsepower and you can't make more horsepower without more fuel. My opinion... ; )

idc is what the ecm is commanding the injectors to do. doesn't necessarily mean it's out of injector.

check fuel pressure. just because it was fine yesterday doesn't mean it's going to be fine days later. my guess is your pump is dying.

Did you lean it out and find when you were done that it was at 120% or did you lean it out and it was lower then now all of a sudden it really high?
