Default Rich from colder weather?

I am running a speed density tune that I set up in 60 degree ambient temps. Now that the air temp is in the 30's I am running really rich. I made some changes to table A0014 tonight and got it back in line but I don't understand why it goes rich with cold weather. I thought that the cold air was more dense which should make it run lean, right?

I have A0008 set to 1.0 after the ECT reaches 40* C.

The weird thing is it is running leaner in boost by a half point but richer by a point every where else.

That is weird in colder temps you will go leaner usually. I still have my wideband hooked up and I noticed since it got colder my truck leaned out some.

CCT (cylinder charge temperature) bias, you will go richer when it is cooler in speed density part throttle (USUALLY, all setups vary obviously).
